One of numerous pop culture hotspots in Tokyo, Ikebukuro boasts a unique blend of eccentric architecture and vibrant greenery. Located here is the beloved Sunshine City, a complex of shops, restaurants, and various family attractions. Its centerpiece skyscraper “Sunshine 60” was the tallest building in the country when it first opened in 1978.
